Started in May of 2002, Carolina Connection was created to showcase North & South Carolina marching bands. It was forged as a joint effort betwen NCMBonline, the previous website for
NC bands created in 2001, and an upcoming website for SC bands. As CC became more popular and needed more space, a domain name was selected, carolinabands.org.

We, the Carolinabands.org Staff, wish to give North & South Carolina more exposure through this medium. Our mission is to showcase the talents that lie in this region and promote the existance and welfare of the showbands of the Carolinas.

Some of our goals include:

-An annual Jamboree type competition (STARTED)

-Carolinabands.net Band Scholarships

-Live Event Coverage
